As the founder of the Planted Group, Tony has developed leadership programs to assist churches, pastors, education professionals, businesses and creatives to help create a "culture of care" and produce optimal success. He has served in the local church for over 20 years as a Youth & Young Adult Pastor, College Campus Pastor and more recently serves as the Lead Pastor of Southside Church (Fayetteville).

He is the Author of three books, Live 2 Inspire; What Is Your Why; and The Planted Devotion Series. Tony travels the country teaching and connecting with others on how to create a culture of care while helping them grow where they are.

Tony is married to his lovely wife Chris and together they enjoy traveling, art, museums and good food.
